Aaron Rosa

Aaron is an Emmy winning VR producer and IEEE Simon Ramo Award finalist for his innovative contributions to XR enabled Agile hardware design within classified environments. A 2011 graduate from the US Naval Academy, Aaron flew ASW missions in the P-3C Orion aircraft and earned a Masters in Journalism from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Despite winning multiple awards for VR storytelling, Aaron is also an accomplished news photographer and writer being featured in The Washington Post, Associated Press and National Geographic. He has led the Digital Transformation efforts for Northrop Grumman’s Underseas Systems division and been a unifying presence in coalescing the efforts of campuses across the Mission Systems sector.
Joshua Hill

Josh is an IP holding finalist for the Simon Ramo IEEE award and has spent five years managing innovative Digital Transformation teams in both classified and unclassified environments.
Holding a B.S. from the US Naval Academy, a Master of Systems Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School and an MBA from Purdue University, Josh is passionate about connecting businesses with cost saving and industry leading digital solutions. His efforts at coalescing disparate XR and DT talent pools at Northrop Grumman saved the company over $200 million.
